Blake- N @PBSAniDom 6d Crank is a loud, chaotic, and oddly entertaining action film that fully commits to its over-the-top concept. Jason Statham plays Chev Chelios, a hitman who must keep his adrenaline constantly high to survive after being poisoned, which leads to a nonstop series of wild, exaggerated situations across Los Angeles. What makes the film work is its refusal to take itself seriously. The fast pacing, jittery camerawork, and constant escalation of absurd scenarios give it a unique energy that keeps it engaging even when it becomes ridiculous. Statham’s performance fits perfectly into the role, balancing toughness with a kind of deadpan humor that helps sell the madness. While it might get compared to other action films like True Lies or Die Hard, Crank really isn’t trying to copy them—it’s more of a hyperactive, stylized action experiment than a traditional thriller. If you watch this movie hoping for something heady or meaningful, you clearly misunderstood the meaning behind the movie given the title and advertising. This an action comedy if not somewhat of a satire. It is hilarious, adrenaline pumping, and just great. It is goofy because it was supposed to be goofy. Definitely a fun watch. See more thiago s @Thiagostone May 30 Filme mais ou menos, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são mais ou menos com algumas cenas toscas e sem sentido, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme nem o jason statham, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom, o filme ainda teve cenas sem sentindo, como o chev fazer sexo com sua mulher na frente de todo mundo e no final que foi muito ruim, o chev caiu de mais de 2000 mil metros até no chão, e cai em um carro, quica nele e depois cai no asfalto e ainda fica vivo e foda-se.
