Audience Member Les Tremayne, the only familiar face in this film, plays a hypnotist who regresses his beautiful assistant to a previous life. He somehow regresses her much further to prehistoric times when she was a sea monster, which then proceeded to wreak Creature from the Black Lagoon-like havoc. Low-budget, excessively talky, and not particularly interesting. Don't bother with this one. Using the entranced Doreena to summon the physical manifestation of the ancient creature out of the depths of nearby lake, the tuxedo and top hat-clad Basso commands the savage she-beast to commit horrible murders, partially for revenge on a world which scoffed at his theories but mostly for the notoriety they bring his performances when he predicts the killings before they happen, and the police seem powerless to stop him." interesting plot, although I skipped the cheesy disco dancing bits.
