Filmes que acontecem em menos de um dia e decorrem de acontecimentos e ações que originam consequências desafiadoras p o protagonista me agradam profundamente, e têm um lugar reservado no meu coração (vide Um Dia de Fúria). No Matarás exerce de forma espetacular essa proposta, trazendo os conflitos de um dia caótico para um protagonista extremamente recluso e alienado ao conforto do seu apartamento e da sua vida pacata. A direção é cirúrgica em trazer tensão e suspense, tal como o Mario Casas que está excepcionalmente imerso no papel e na narrativa nesta obra. É impressionante como ele é versátil, conseguindo interpretar QUALQUER papel exigido. A atmosfera e a estética do filme também são muito únicos e me agradaram bastante, trazendo uma Barcelona neo noir que salta aos olhos. Infelizmente, o filme não é perfeito, trazendo algumas consequências desproporcionais e irreais, e principalmente conveniências de roteiro (com a principal sendo o final onde ele entra no hospital e não há nenhuma vigilância) que distanciam um pouco da obra. Apesar disso, o filme é maravilhoso, e recomendo bastante.
