Audience Member I loved this movie! the sarcophagus has a visible heart beat, John Forsythe in a tux, Egyptian artifacts in the Gulf of Mexico! Or was it that I spent the night making out with my girlfriend while this was on in the background back in 1978? Whatever! Loved that memory! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review Audience Member Really compelling, original, & superbly creepy account of a small group of passengers on a charter boat being terrorized by an ancient, Demonic-Pharoah they discover buried deep in the ocean. With a great 70's cast of mostly television Thesps, but everyone does a good job, & the standouts are Ray Milland as a greedy professor, John Forsythe & Lee Meriwether as a Reverend neglectful of his husbandly duties and his sexually-repressed wife, and Stella Stevens as a Devil-may-care swinging single. Typical of many TV films of the time, alot of Soap Opera shmutz passing as character development is rampant in the first half, but it's a very interesting ride once the spooky events get started in full swing!
