torcheshorts81 Just a real fun movie Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/14/24 Full Review Brittany P LOVE!!!! Harvey and Nicole are the best!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/28/24 Full Review Marquisha M It was a 3 out of 5 for me, it was an interesting concept . I laughed twice . Overall worth a watch if you are at home on a chill day and want to watch a movie. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/17/24 Full Review Julia A I wanted to love this movie so bad, because of the cast. I love a good horror comedy, but I didn't laugh once. I went into this with high hopes, but it was disappointing. I love the idea of the nostalgia of MASH and the wonderful cast line up, but it fell very short. Everyone's humor is different, this just wasn't funny for me or even my husband who can find the humor in almost everything. Worth a try, but don't get your hopes up. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/15/24 Full Review prettycateyes14 "Andy" was so over the top obnoxious that I had to turn it off about 20 minutes in. Shame. It was a great concept. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 12/12/23 Full Review prawnda s the kid actors were terrible, they all looked like they were several years apart in age as opposed to the same grade. one was so small that i found it a little unsavory for them to instantly put her in the context of being hit on by an older boy. she looks 8 and he looks 15. i don't feel like it would have been hard to find better cast members, even with the strikes. the adult cast is quite hit or miss as well, but it really would have been better if they minimized the time the kids were on screen. honestly, i have similar sentiments about any movie with child actors. unless we're talking about background extras, they should find someone old enough to actually put on a halfway decent performance, because anyone younger probably is being taken advantage of by countless predators in the industry, financially, sexually, or otherwise. the pacing in this is an utter mess as well, it cuts from scene to scene or the conversation gets interrupted by a pointless non sequitur or a celebrity name drop every time the writers run out of dialogue. hearing that this released on TV for comedy central makes a lot of sense, since it's just not good enough to be offered on streaming to someone who has the time uninterrupted by ad space to see the holes this film is riddled with. i really like harvey guillen, but he can't save this one. a few other cast members are alright, others i can't stand in other projects. jessica lowe in particular is just not funny, i can't think of anything she's been in that i was able to actually finish, and she never makes me laugh. nikky glaser is also pretty bad. she's not funny, uncomfortable to watch etc. will arnett and ken marino are pretty much watchable in anything, but arnett has stooped to pretty low depths lately in terms of film features. imo he deserves better than this kind of project, because he's pretty funny even if he gets typecast. i do not know why anyone thought kathy griffin should still be finding work, but i guess some of these people are just perfectly willing to churn out a scab project due to their current undesirability in the industry. Kristen Maldonado Pop Culture Planet Cursed Friends is a surprisingly spooky delight, chock full of early 2000s nostalgia and over-the-top humor that will take you back to your own MASH days of youth. I loved every minute of it! Oct 16, 2022 Full Review Read all reviews
