I don't quite understand the audience reviews that describe the film as "mind bending" or even that it's a great time travel movie. It's not really that. It's just a cat-and-mouse chase with some buffoons that fail at every chance. It's a film I would have enjoyed as a teenager because I would naively believe that it's smarter than it actually is. I can see some passion and attempts at creativity, so I don't want to be too harsh. But unfortunately, I would say that there are better time travel movies out there to scratch your itch.

I'm always partial to time travel as a genre, and this flick is darn good. It took a minute to get into the swing of it, or loop as they named it, but the last half of the movie really rocks.

Slow with too much melodrama during the build-up. Doesn't add much to the time travel subgenre of sci-fi. Plot wasn't very good as the motives were very weak.

The main character is cute, pretty even, but that is not enough for a major motion picture. Time travel is a straight up no-go for story telling, but can be done acceptably-ish (looking at you 'Looper') . Anywho this movie never clearly justifies the exception to the time-travel-next-idea editorial standard. Just please skip it.
