Ard Vijn ScreenAnarchy It's fluff, and not even adult fluff. But it's very well-made fluff and I enjoyed myself immensely. It managed to be far better than I expected although I have to add my expectations weren't high to begin with. Jan 24, 2020 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Go go Cutie Honey? Probably better than any ranger. However, it manages to lack action and in between comedic gibberish, but rather gains back attention with production, costume design and fun CGI. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/15/23 Full Review Audience Member I think I would hav liked better if I watched this while stoned. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member I had no idea this was based on an older anime television series, but it was a light, charming little live action incarnation, and I thoroughly enjoyed my little afternoon time-wasting with it. Rental! Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member Director HIDEAKI ANNO (creator of EVANGELION) should stick to anime. This movie is rarely randomly funny, but mostly atrocious. Avoid like plague. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Audience Member OK.. I admit it.. The poster / DVD cover for this was the lone thing that pulled me in. Color me a Dude. BUT suprisingly, some of this flick is very fun in a very OVER THE TOP kind of way. Yes, its pretty awful, but its nutty style (very anime but with REAL PEOPLE) is very fun. Its like a jacked up episode of POWER RANGERS but not so dumb... but still kinda dumb. I wish they had kept the pace up that they had at the beginning and made this just a 90 minute battle, but sadly it gets bogged down in all this mundane talky relationship waste. WHY? This thing had all the ingredients to be a great ride, but instead becomes a chore to get through. I'll throw it on the GUILTY PLEASURES heap and visit it when I need some hot, cutest anime chick hoping around and slaying people in bad costumes. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member A weird and wacky anime adaptation that loses some of its fun as it goes on and stumbles with an unnecessarily deep ending, but still kept me interested for the most part.
