Maurizio G. F Great expectations but it is a movie which is far too long and could have done by being a short film instead, maximum 30 minutes. It all develops inside the single room of a university hostel between two brothers. The youngest one has very irritating moments and the oldest is way too calm and conciliatory to appear real (an old brother faced by the horrible things the youngest spouted would have probably hit him in real life or at the very least walked out). There is no real story, it's just a dialogue about two brothers suddenly having to go their separate ways, one - the youngest - having to come clean about his sexuality too (not terribly well felt) but that felt more like an aside. The part played by the older isn't very plausible and a greater deal of emotional drive could have made it more appealing. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/18/25 Full Review Read all reviews
