Audience Member tv feel story rare in relationship advice but full-on shoddy cgi, stylish attempts, and commercial tunes. it is slow with principals showing little chemistry. but i do want to live in that setting and lifestyle. (= and for faye and li ming fans. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Just a normal love film... Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Wilson Yip manages to trip himself up pretty badly trying to tell the greatest love story ever told with these flimsy and forgettable characters, making it impossible to understand, or even give a damn about, why these lovebirds should be together at all in the end. And the plain awkwardness between the, at best, robotic Leon Lai and the indifferent Faye Wong doesn't help either. High production values all through but the cinematography comes across surprisingly flat and dull, more like a commercial than the epic feel Yip aims for.
