Synopsis
Already a celebrated star in his native Spain, Salvador Dali (Lorenzo Quinn) escapes the dangers of World War II, landing in New York City with his muse, Gala (Sarah Douglas), to make his name in the United States. During an extended interview with an American newspaper reporter (Michael Catlin), the florid Dali recounts his early adventures in surrealism, with a focus on his hugely controversial film collaborations with director Luis Buñuel (Dimiter Guerasimof) and various art-world rivalries.
