Not helping the cause is McNamara, the helmer of “Cats & Dogs 3: Paws Unite,” who isn’t a seasoned genre director, but a guy known for grinding out inexpensive features quickly, living up to his reputation with his latest B-movie.

Clearly adapted from lots of similar titles in the genre this movie is good at best - still provided an amount of ‘who dunnit’ to keep me interested, but a visual flump enough to laugh at.
