ashley h Daughter of Shanghai is a decent film. It is about a Chinese-American woman who tries to expose illegal alien smuggling ring. Anne May Wong and Charles Bickford give good performances. The screenplay is a little slow in places. Robert Florey did an alright job directing this movie. I liked this motion picture because of the drama.
