Dear David delivers on both its romantic and dramatic plot threads. The journey to get there isn’t always as good as its ending, but some great fantasy scenes and enough of a good connection between the leads make it worth the watch.

The film rushed the ending, giving the impression that it's okay to run away from your faults. Laras should've just ended with Dilla because they have greater chemistry than that soccer guy. Also, it would be better if they turned this into a WLW movie.

Absolutly loved it, touched a lot of problems everyone faces when coming of age. Surprisingly accurete and in touch with reality. Was not expecting it at all, consider whatching and just stick with it, i know it can be challenging because of the language but i promise it's gonna be worth it. One of my favorite movies for sure. Congrats to everyone envolved!
