DEEP COVER is a fast-paced action comedy starring Bryce Dallas Howard as Kat, an improv comedy teacher beginning to question if she's missed her shot at success. Bloom is a scene stealer, playing a classically trained actor who once had a brush with fame, but is now relegated to commercials. He’s very deadpan, and very method, and its the best performance I’ve seen from him in years.

I can watch just about anything, but about 20 minutes into this. I realized this might be one of the worst films I’ve ever seen. I just can’t. It is boring and annoying and I don’t like the characters. Cannot watch to the end.

They have to do a sequel. I don’t often laugh at films but this one had me in stitches. It’s genuinely hilarious It’s the best thing I’ve seen Orlando Bloom in, I’d never pegged him as a comedy actor but he was brilliant. His Manchester gangster character was so so funny. The 3 of them worked really well together I hope Amazon do a second film

Started off extremely strong. Original, clever, excellent chemistry, then unfortunately became unnecessarily hoaky and over the top with the shootouts. Maybe the good guys being completely untouchable was part of the joke. Could have been so much better

This movie easily could have been terrible but a pretty fun and ridiculous concept combined with pretty fun performances made for a really enjoyable time. In a different setting and in a different movie a lot of the cheesy comedy, schticks, or tropes wouldn't have worked but the premise of this movie invited every one of them. Orlando Bloom was so hilarious as he spoofed method acting, Nick Mohammed seemed so real in a role of a guy who had no idea what he was supposed to do in this ridiculous situation and Bryce Dallas Howard gave a great performance as well. Sometimes you just want a goofy comedy and this gave me one.
