Katie Walsh The Playlist Director Brian Netto and co-writer Adam Schindler have taken the taken both the found footage and reality show genres, and mashed them into one very scary and very entertaining homage to Rosemary's Baby. Rated: B+ May 30, 2014 Full Review Matt Donato We Got This Covered Delivery: The Beast Within plays out like a fireworks display that hopes you'll only remember the grand finale, and not the preceding hour's worth of uneventful build-up material that you're forced to sit through. Rated: 3/10 Sep 29, 2014 Full Review Gareth Jones Dread Central Thoroughly unsettling, emotionally poignant and incredibly startling in the finish, Delivery delivers the goods - though it might just have you stocking up on Durex. Rated: 4/5 Jun 2, 2014 Full Review Fred Topel CraveOnline Delivery shocked me. Nice job, guys. You got me. Rated: 6/10 May 30, 2014 Full Review JimmyO JoBlo's Movie Network ...both Vail and Barclay give compelling performances. They are very convincing and sympathetic which made for an effective emotional anchor to the film. Basically I gave a crap about what happened to them. Rated: 7/10 May 30, 2014 Full Review Scott Weinberg FEARnet A smart, calm horror flick that borrows from a few classics but also marks some territory of its own. Orlando C It wasn't half bad. Good tension and build up - didn't find it boring like some others have said. Real sense of dread for what was coming. However, this must've had a microscopic budget because there was almost no kind of effects whatsoever. Just really camera work and that's about it. It's a shame because if they could've added some terrifying imagery sprinkled throughout the film through some modest SFX, that ending would've really popped. Instead it leaves you guessing at the end, and the tone and direction of the movie didn't really lend itself towards this type of ambiguous ending. You know what's really happening, but the lack of visceral background, hollows out the ending in a way that I don't think services the movie. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/20/25 Full Review Audience Member Appeared staged. Not even grade B acting, grade D. Makeup poorly done at crying scene , too much rouge around corner of eyes. periorbital redness effect NOT realistic .. Didn't finish the movie. 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Must. Watch. To. The. End! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Absolutely awful. Waste of a rainy afternoon. Terrible. Do not recommend to anyone. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Completely underrated. For the "found footage" genre, the reality show conceit is a great one. So creepy in a "Lake Mungo" sort of way. Really enjoyed it. I think it's far superior to "Devil's Due." Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review Audience Member Very low budget horror with no effects. Reality show style slash found footage, though it was never lost. I was bored to death but my wife kinda enjoyed. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Read all reviews
