Audience Member SNORE!! It's basically the Fifty Shades of Gray (I'm assuming at least; never saw it, never read it) and Eyes Wide Shut of the early 1990's, set in the 1940's. There's not much of a story, and it's very predictable. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Wow, um... Alarming. To say the least. But when it wasn't just the two main characters doinking, it was good. But a warning, the end will make you cry. And Costas Mandylor is dangerously sexy. I don't understand why this film has such a low critic rating. Acting: 3/5 (Apart from Costas which is 5/5) Score & Soundtrack: 4/5 Plot: 3/5 Character Development: 4/5 Over All: 3/5. (Good/O.K) Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member I haven't read Anais Nin's book that this movie is based on but I can tell that this movie butchered the shit out of that book. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member A film that tried so hard to be deep, yet seemed shallow throughout. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member Wow! Everyone hates this film, lol. I guess you have to be an Anais Nin fan to appreciate it. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member The only redeeming quality is the gorgeous manner in which Paris is photographed.
