Jerry Coffey Fort Worth Star-Telegram/DFW.com Jack Dempsey may have been a power-punching heavyweight in the ring, but the TV biopic about him packs all the wallop of a novice featherweight underwater. May 4, 2021 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member I think that this movie is a highly underrated boxing movie Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member The film is 25 years old but holds up fairly well despite the early 80s style of camera work and soundtrack as it tells the story of Jack Dempsey - world championship boxer of the 1920s. Fair as boxing movies go but if you are a boxing fan as I am you will find this a good biopic drama played well by Treat Williams.
