In this newest installment in the mega-hit "Descendants" franchise, former Villain Kid Uma, now headmaster of Auradon Prep, extends an invite to the school to another VK -- Red, the rebellious daughter of the tyrannical Queen of Hearts from Wonderland. The Queen of Hearts has long held a grudge against Auradon, and especially Cinderella, and seizes the opportunity to seek revenge when she drops her daughter off at school. When the Queen of Hearts incites a coup against Auradon, Red must team up with Cinderella's perfectionist daughter Chloe and travel back in time to try to undo the traumatic event that set Red’s mother down her villainous path.

Descendants: The Rise of Red is a mixed bag. I really enjoyed this cast and the music, but there were a lot of missed opportunities and holes in the story that tied back to the writing team.

I love this movie so much is so good. I want to dance and sing to it. It’s my favorite movie ever way than the original it’s just my opinion. I love this movie so much my fave. É muito fraco, mas tem bons momentos. É estranho os personagens começarem a cantar rap do meio do nada, o GGI é muito ruim e o roteiro coloca as situações de uma maneira rasa e genérica, indo de um ponto a a um ponto b de uma forma tanto fez como tanto faz. Mas existem bons momentos.

As a Descendants fan, I was really disappointed with Descendants 4. The movie felt rushed, with predictable plot points and songs that often had awkward or clunky lyrics. It lacked the fun and excitement that made the earlier films so special. Some of the costumes were cool, but even that wasn’t consistent. What hurt most, though, was the lack of a meaningful tribute to Cameron Boyce. After everything he brought to the series, it felt like a missed opportunity to honor his legacy properly. Overall, Descendants 4 just didn’t live up to the heart and energy of the past films.

I watched descendants the rise of red it was OK movie it wasn't better then descendants 3 and it's after descendants the Royal wedding where you see white roses painted red which hint the queen of hearts which that was the plot for descendants the rise of red where you are introduced to red the daughter of the queen of hearts and Chloe the daughter of Cinderella and Prince charming but in descendants Chad charming is the son cinderella and Prince charming like what happened to him and descendants the rise of red is just not good but the song on fire like the song red blew up all over social media because it has a catching tune and it has meaning about red's life being the daughter of the queen of hearts and living under her mom's rules
