James F I liked this movie it's very low budget and the graphics in the car chase scenes can be annoying at times. But it was good I enjoyed the acting from Mark Redfield who I previously saw in Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde this month as well. If you are interested in a silly movie I'd give this one a watch. You can watch the whole thing on YouTube. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/27/22 Full Review Audience Member Like an on-the-cheap 'Mary Poppins' from Hell, 'Despiser' mixes live action with bottom-of-the-barrel, c. 2004 CGI to create a gleefully bonkers morality tale. If this aesthetic were featured in a 2020 indie rock music video, it would be a Pitchfork end-of-year best of. 'The Godfather' it ain't, but it's a fun outting so auteurishly idiosyncratic that it makes most Godard look like 'Law & Order' boilerplate.
