A non stop over the top stream of nonsense gibberish masquarading as a buddy-cop detective comedy. i guess there are some racist jokes and colourful action set pieces every here and there. turn your brain off and embrace chinese comedy?

Although it may be inaccurate in its depiction of New Yorkers (which may explain the lower rating). It is wildly entertaining with characteristics reminiscent of tv shows: Sherlock Holmes (BBC version) and A Series of Unfortunate Events, mixed with outlandish comedy.
