Audience Member A very Kiwi film, full of random nonsense, over the top swearing, South Island dissing and terrible acting. The concept was quite cool, a kid wants to become a great stunt driver following his father's footstep in a small Southern town. The direction and filming were good, but the acting is just terrible. If you are not from New Zealand I wouldn't think you'd enjoy this film, the dark comedy is really only for New Zealand viewers. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member 94% Before the opening credits, a Video Nasty logo appears, fucking sweet! One big ode to the stunt peoples, for without them, the film industry would fall...and scrape its knees...very badly. Short lived the stunt people!! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member New Zealand dark comedy at its finest. Wannabe stunt driver, Randy Campbell, comes from a long blood line of famous stunt drivers who is patiently awaiting for his time to fly. To fly over the strait separating the two islands of NZ. All the meanwhile, Dick Johansonson, leader and coward of the Hellriders, is hellbent on stunting Randy's entire life. This is one for the collection as it is as memorable as they come. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member very good movie, hilarious in its crudeness. if you don't like this movie, go fuck yourself. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member With out a Doubt the funniest movie I have ever Seen in my life. Personal Favorite Comedy. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member a new zealand film through & through. Not for the profanity adverse however, as the stereo typed white trash cast lay it on thick. LOVED the action as it was so funny, and a nice throw back to early NZ films such as Brain Dead, with the 'splatter' type effects thrown in the mix. Laughs, crashes, NZ style humour. Probably had a budget of about $10,541.75 to make it. fortunately it doesn't have Dominic Bowden in it. oh, it does. ha.. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Read all reviews
