Tough sleuth Dick Tracy (Morgan Conway) has to crack a case when a series of murder victims starts turning up. An extremely popular movie for its time. It launched the highly successful Dick Tracy movies for RKO. (There were four). Morgan Conway plays Tracy. He's tough, smart and very likable. Anne Jeffries plays an excellent Tess Trueheart. There are a myriad of other suspects..all of them are excellent in their roles. As to who the killer is...it's a good police procedural mystery. I highly enjoyed it! A good family movie!
