JK Sooja Common Sense Media This sequel feels a bit forced. Too much of the humor in Die Hart 2: Die Harter depends on Kevin Hart simply being himself. The film itself needs to have good bones, and the bones of this sequel are frail at best. Jul 8, 2024 Full Review Cris Kennedy Inner East Review Tripper Clancy's script is amusing enough, but it is the way the words are brought to life by some big personalities who have their own delivery and rhythm that makes the film laugh-out-loud in plenty of places. Victor O I’m a fan of Nathalie Emmanuel so I thought this movie might be worth my time. But I dislike comedies and saw the previous one with Kevin Hart pushing an action comedy that I knew I wasn’t going to like. But then again, Nathalie Emmanuel. Kevin Hart is a popular comedian who works occasionally with action stars but amidst all this he wants to become the lead in his own action movie, so he sets forth to learn how to become one in the midst of training that becomes a chaotic mess… and triumph. But after all his success he ends up in the crosshairs of someone out for revenge. This was everything I feared was going to be again but the actors are so much better this time around feeling more like a movie than two episodes strung together. I enjoyed seeing Nathalie Emmanuel along with some cool new faces in John Cena and Ben Schwartz. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 04/13/25 Full Review James N Dog water. It's obvious hart is over. Hollywood pushed him on us.. time to push back. I see die hart 3 was produced... real shame Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/07/25 Full Review Mustafa K Just made an account to rate this shitty movie. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/02/25 Full Review William P I found it hilarious actually, shouldn't have shown John Cena hand untill woods scene. I was thinking Andre was behind it the whole time. Took a bunch of inferencing to make the ending make sense, which still doesn't because Jordans role, then showed up at end. It was very chaotic, love to rewatch it Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/13/24 Full Review Audience Member One of the dumbest movies ever. Dialogue was moronic. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 08/30/24 Full Review Gustavo L The first "Die Hart" was a enjoyable enough movie, but it didn't need a sequel. This sequel just feels forced, with forced jokes and action. Is it a bad movie? No. Is it a good movie? Also no. If you are a Kevin Hart and a Comedy fan, this will be a movie that will be enjoyable enough, but if you want a comedy-action film, there are lots of better movies to watch instead of this one.
