A slow burning, taut movie about the plight of an African immigrant stuck in an indifferent Niva Scotia after his ship is pulled out of commission. Isaaka Sawadago excels at portraying human suffering and dignity.

Une histoire humaine intéressante racontée tout simplement. J'ai embarqué sans être trop ébranlé. La vie est parfois banale. Même quand on vient brasser les choses, quand quelqu'un vient se mettre sur notre chemin on ne voit encore que la banalité....
