Strained comedy, hopelessly dated with two stars that don't have any chemistry together. The story is rather absurd and just doesn't work. I suppose at the time the subject matter was a bit daring, but very tame today.

I was in my teens when I watched this movie. I was surprised that raised in a conservative christian environment, I did not "shun" this movie and change the channel. I wonder now if modern liberals would consider this anathema. I'm not going to ruin the ending for anyone. I guess it's up to the viewer to decide for themself.
