christopher c. m At the time of writing this review, I had no idea this was a third part in a 6 part movie series, mainly because the Blu-Ray I bought didn't say that. Plus there is no recaps like other movies do. If you start this without seeing the other parts first you are going in blind. This is one reason why Digimon will ever beat Pokemon in popularity. There is so much melodrama in this movie and in the series. It's probably because it's the third part of a movie series that could be it's own series. But the kids don't do much in this movie. The bulk of the runtime they're mopping and worrying about their Digimon. Which kills the pacing. Basically this could be at the most 2 twenty minute episodes stretched to 90 minutes. When I see the first two, I might rewrite this review or change the grade but as for now. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Read all reviews
