In this sequel to 2004's "District 13," vigilante justice-keepers Damien (Cyril Raffaelli) and Leito (David Belle) are back in the outer-Paris ghetto of District 13 in order to save the impoverished, violence-riddled community. It may not as good as the first film but the second district 13 movie offers a lot of cheesy action and fun. The movie boosts a lot of incredible stunts but the plot is a bit ridiculous and the dialogue is cheesy for the most part. Come for the action and stunts not the plot.
