In this sequel to 2004's "District 13," vigilante justice-keepers Damien (Cyril Raffaelli) and Leito (David Belle) are back in the outer-Paris ghetto of District 13 in order to save the impoverished, violence-riddled community. Controlled by five ruthless gang bosses jostling for ultimate power, District 13 is in dangerous decline. To save those living within, Damien and Leito must restore peace before the city's secret law enforcers take measures into their own hands.

French actions mixed with x-game death defining hopping all around are pretty fun, need some Kung Fu & plot master coaching to achieve the next level. Don't take it seriously, nothing make sense.

Not as original as the original (District B13 from 2004), this sequel offers a lot of the same action scenes, fights, and parkour as the original. But the story is a bit less interesting.

It may not as good as the first film but the second district 13 movie offers a lot of cheesy action and fun. The movie boosts a lot of incredible stunts but the plot is a bit ridiculous and the dialogue is cheesy for the most part. Come for the action and stunts not the plot.
