In a bleak future, a massive meteor strikes the Earth, paving the way for an evil regime called the Trader Force to take control and rule over the victims of this catastrophe. Among the survivors is Tetsuro Daiba, a young boy left orphaned by the disaster. With the help of a mysterious girl, an ingenious professor and a telepathic cat, Tetsuro discovers he possesses some unique abilities that may give him the power to overthrow the regime's queen and save what's left of the dying world.
