Russ G @RT78760655 Apr 21 A really lame entry in the Chan franchise, churned out by Poverty Row studio Monogram Pictures. I don't think I'd seen Roland Winters in the title role before, but he's definitely a couple of notches below his predecessors. The script writers leaned heavily into the Chinese proverb trope, but they went easy on the Number Two Son and the Birmingham Brown racist antics so that's a couple of points in its favor.
