Dionar Hidalgo Algo Más Que Cine Dollhouse revitalizes J-Horror with haunting elegance — a chilling, emotional tale where grief becomes the true source of terror. Subtle, atmospheric, and deeply human, it reminds us that the scariest ghosts are the ones we create ourselves. Rated: 8/10 Nov 5, 2025 Full Review Sebastian Zavala Kahn Me gusta el cine I admire what Yaguchi and his team have done here: they've developed a generally emotional and captivating story which, despite its flaws, still manages to present us with several moments of absolute terror. Juan A Jhorror is trending that has pass, but lately ye wanna make one on today market is body, thank to last year The Subtances. Horror of any kind is already bought by the big streaming company, but lately got chance see this little gem that was receive couple movie fest, so today wanna review Jhorror call the Dollhouse: Is pretty average tale of mother lost her daughter, when she go missing, over year she replace it, with Doll bought in local fleet market, get to attached to it treating her like her daughter, but suddenly she expect that change everything. Five years past, in where her daughter is now five, having a startling life. But when the daughter take out the doll from the box, turning into best friend, ye can say the horror star(more like scare than killing). Taking em to the origin of the doll, where expert try to help em. Well ye know the rest, be frank there were some element like about it, spoiler! They make x ray to doll just discovering it has actual human bone in, so some scary, then just daughter is the only one that can see, her but after that there’s nothing else. When ye give me scary dolls I don’t go with Anastasia but instead 80’s Slasher doll king Chucky. But the Jhorror is another thing, meaning a classic of em was the infamous Dark Water which was good in scare static. So conclude the movie was empty complete, sound people have enough of this genre, so till wanna see something like body horror or what’s YouTube Christ Huskman is premiering in the film market. Would like see something different from Jhorror new or bloodier (Takache Mike is king) So not giving up to soon.
