Audience Member An absolutely unnecessary sequel. Idiotic, abrupt and cliched climax to a movie that had set high expectations with the first movie where the protogonist makes the right decision. *Spoiler alert* - With so many cliched teen rom-coms where protogonist chooses the bad boy, the first movie was refreshing and shows contemporary point of view. But with this sequel, the movie presenters haven proved that this was just another stupid rom-com which is a waste of time for any sensible movie-goer. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Almost ok but very derivative. WORST ENDING EVER though. Hated that I watched it. And as someone else said, it ruined the sweetness of the first movie. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member Awful, ruined the first movie. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 12/25/18 Full Review Audience Member Typical HK escapist gone yawn. å¤ç"·å¯¡å¥³worked but this one has super flimsy story telling. I really don't get æ¥å?å¬...'s talent. Sure, a few well-executed setpieces are entertaining, and there are a few chuckles to be had, but that's about it. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Ignatiy Vishnevetsky AV Club An uncharacteristically weak effort from the prolific, genre-jumping Hong Kong director. Rated: C Sep 11, 2014 Full Review Scott Foundas Variety Much like the first time, the results are as cheerfully silly as they are compulsively watchable ...
