Straight-arrow policewoman Cooper (Reese Witherspoon) is excited and thrilled about her next assignment. Unfortunately it's way too forced, with too much Latino screaming, to really get you into the acceptable comic streak. Reese is the carrying sweet part, which makes the flick bearable, but only if you have nothing else to do.
