Bradley Gibson Film Threat Double Threat has enough of a budget to look polished but not so much as to create distractions from the fight scenes and the suspense, which are quite good. Rated: 7/10 Jul 26, 2022 Full Review Brian Orndorf Blu-ray.com Cast is stuck with the mushy tonality of the endeavor, which spends part of the run time cracking skulls, and the rest dealing with tiresome characters and banal personal problems. Rated: C Jun 1, 2022 Full Review Emilie Black Cinema Crazed This one is a fun one folks! Double Threat is a film that knows what it wants and how to get there. It allows fight scenes to actually be visible and gives star Danielle C. Ryan the room to show her skills and be a badass. Rated: 4/5 Jun 1, 2022 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Triste, terrível, pura perda de tempo. Algo assim não deveria nem ser chamado de filme, mancha a memória e todo o trabalho da cinematografia mundial. A netflix cometeu um crime terrível colocando algo assim no mundo. Nojento! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 08/05/24 Full Review Shane G Double threat was at best a "B" movie. The story line was non existent the acting was weak. It started as if it was going to be action comedy but then turned to very weak action! The plot may have been one of the weakest I've seen this decade. Would not suggest this movie to any viewer. I would give it a 2 maybe 3 out of 10 the fight scenes redeemed it very little. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 12/28/23 Full Review Victor O Danielle C. Ryan is my favorite actress and I jump at every opportunity to see her next movie. Not the most famous actress, but still lovely and talented and I heard a lot of buzz concerning this movie. In the end, I was overjoyed by its popularity. Jimmy Randolph is just an ordinary guy shopping for snacks on a road trip when he meets a pretty stocker at a store. But his world is turned around when someone attempts to kill this pretty girl. He does the right thing and avoids the trouble only to know this pretty girl is capable of fighting back. Simply trying to avoid trouble she takes him hostage only to discover this isn't just someone with hidden talents but hidden personalities. Natasha is split between the meek and normal Nat and the feisty and adventurous Tasha. When things seem calm, she is Nat but when she gets scared Tasha is unleashed. Jimmy hopes to provide as much help as to get away but at the same time, he is drawn to Natasha all the while a mobster's son and enforcer hunt down Natasha in an exciting adventure. I love Danielle C. Ryan, and it's been a while since I've seen Matthew Lawrence, who also does some decent work. This was a real jewel, and I can see why this is popular on streaming sites. Glad everyone else loves this movie. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 05/29/23 Full Review Julio R It was really a fun ride! Danielle C, Ryan was great, very versatile. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review KD Basically it passed the time. It hit the mark for an action/comedy. Wouldn't recommend unless you're stoned, as it's a great stoner movie! Rated 2 out of 5 stars 12/20/22 Full Review Terry S If you are in the mood for some lighthearted entertainment consider "Double Threat" (2022) available on Prime. Heads up, the script writing is silly, but so silly it will have you laughing! What works well however, is the acting. It's a romantic comedy action flick, a fun compromise movie… so it has something for the "she"… AND the "he"! You know those ridiculous films that feature a 100 pound girl beating the devil out of a 200 pound man? Well, expect more of the same, but they manage to make up for it. It features some very unusual and entertaining fighting scene choreography that more than makes up for the silly script writing! At the heart of the story is a really cute couple that happens to cross each other's path. A very different couple. He is a smart, nice looking wimp that somehow can't figure out to pick up a gun when needed… and she is a cute little bada** that sometimes… is as sweet as honey and double adorable. Why that is… unfolds in the story. It works! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 11/01/22 Full Review Read all reviews
