Audience Member Film equivalent of elevator music! Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Vincent Kok inevitably copies himself in Dragon Reloaded, the quickie follow up to his successful Dragon Loaded from 2003. But Kok also avoids the pitfalls of repeated boredom by skipping the most shameless Police Academy rip-offs from part one, and by arranging a narrative with at least an embryonic linear structure. Digressions (they are quite a few) are then expertly filled with gag upon gag courtesy of Kok's supreme comedy team of Ronald Cheng, Sam Lee and Cheung Tat-Ming. The trio has obviously grown fond of their characters and benefits from already having established their characteristics in the previous movie.
