Synopsis
In Hamburg, Germany, a disparate group of optimistic immigrants inhabit a seedy motel and try to find ways to achieve their dreams in their new homeland. Aging Pakistani Rashid (Buddy Uzzaman) debates using his life savings to pay for a risky smuggling operation that could get him into the United States. Meanwhile, young Shejad (Bhasker) and his Chinese pal Xiao (Ric Young) take a big chance, putting all of their money and talent into the opening of their own restaurant.
