Audience Member On their own.... the stories are ok.... put the three of them together as one film? I don't understand the thread... Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Audience Member Drifting Flowers is a loosely interconnected narrative three stage rocket launching a humble meditation on same sex relationships in various stages of development and recognition. It also signals a return for director Zero Chou to the more simple format of her debut Splendid Float, shying away from the glossy pretentiousness of her last film Spider Lilies. This means that Drifting Flowers is a visually less fascinating work, but Chou's focus on characters and real situations ultimately results in an more rewarding movie experience. Veteran actor Lu Yi-Ching and new talent Chao Yi-Lan both impresses thoroughly. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member 3 interwoven love stories set in taiwan. though flawed, it was also poignant, touching and funny. enjoyed the performance by the actress who played the present-day Lily with Alzheimer's. and thoroughly enjoyed watching the very charismatic Diego played by Chao Yi-Lan in the last segment. watch out, you gals! Chao Yi-Lan is one cute T. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/19/23 Full Review Audience Member Love the stories. I think the most sadest part is the middle story when Lily mistaken her gay husband as her long dead girlfriend, Ocean. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member and yes indeed!! 5 stars! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member beautiful opening song and nice shots, it's nice to use shots of railways to connect 3 stories which also act as metaphors of diff periods of ppl's lives and how differently ppl may move on with their own paths...
