Bill P This is one movie that my wife and myself love to watch. We think its hysterical at times. The Critics need to loosen up. What they think whats bad, might be a excellent movie to someone else. Love George and Goldie together. Thought it was a great! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 11/28/23 Full Review steve d I didn't care about anything going on. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member True, it's not the greatest film ever made. But it is fun, cute, and I really loved it. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review kevin w Do you know what was wrong with Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid? Too many men. Yep. This comedy, engineered on the heels of that one, reimagines those turn of the century Western escapades with that formula in mind. And so George Segal plays a con artist on the lam from some bandits he snookered, and Goldie Hawn plays a woman of ill repute who joins him. The idea is not terribly bad but the execution feels forced although the stars bend over backward to inject the thing with charm. Neither will ever mention this effort in a conversation of their own accord although it becomes an interesting artifact of the times it was made. Steve Warren The Barb (Atlanta) What happens to them along the way is of no consequence, but helps the time pass amusingly. Unfortunately they're not as funny in the picture as they were at the Academy Awards plugging it.
