Dianna T We liked it just dont like how they say its based on true story if you search the names of his mother or anything nothing comes up so why say its true if it isn't??other than that this guy is a really good actor and creepy to watch Definitely makes you wonder 👻 Rated 4/5 Stars •  Rated 4 out of 5 stars 07/21/24 Full Review Virus S This is a by-the-numbers found footage/surveillance horror movie. In 2019, you have to bring something new to the table; this film brings a worse version of all the tropes. I wasn't expecting much, but I was still disappointed. There's the typical slow start with objects moving, lights flickering, etc. Then it just gets derivative with the accelerated overnight surveillance that slows for...nothing particularly interesting. Paranormal Activity did the surveillance camera footage better twelve years earlier. A brief appearance by a second character didn't particularly go anywhere, it just showed some abysmal acting. As things escalate with the haunting gaining momentum, the cracks in the veneer increase. Someone has a drinking glass smashed in their face, and in the next scene they are not injured whatsoever. The main issue with this film is that on top of being derivative, it just cannot keep your suspension of disbelief in check. The biggest plus is that this film is an hour, not even feature-length. The film "Host" was shorter, more effective, and had better acting. Skip this, watch Host instead. Rated 1/5 Stars •  Rated 1 out of 5 stars 12/20/23 Full Review Karl W I think it was an awesome film, totally believable, I think it should have definitely opened the eyes of the people who are doing these challenges and I would think twice about ever opening one of those boxes, evil spirits and demonic powers are nothing to play around with. If you or someone you know have plans on taking on one of these challenges, then I would most definitely take alot of precaution….you never know what might happen, I know for a fact these boxes really do exist.
