Jens B I put off getting to know Edith Schröder and her Neukölln friends for a long time. I was too afraid that they would be full of lame jokes that only insiders would understand and find funny. How pleasantly surprised I was by "Edith's Bells." It's raunchy, and you have to like the humor, but: I had a blast. The episode in the dildo department at Karstadt generated the most laughs. Great cinema. Even in the middle of summer, it didn't bother me that "Edith's Bells" was an amateurish Christmas film. The characters harmonize with each other too well. This film may well be included in my Christmas canon. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 07/18/25 Full Review Read all reviews
