Audience Member A small but interesting film about Mexico and the times of Porfirio Diaz. Its a story of a traveling circus which becomes involved with the the coming of silent film cinematograph in Mexico and also involved with some political intrigue. I found the film very cute and entertaining. I have been watching a lot of movies from Mexico and Spain lately to practice my Spanish. the production values on this film are below average and the DVD transfer was horrible (about like a poor VHS tape). However I find the film satisfying and entertaining. If you like foreign films this film is not nearly as bad as another reviewer make it to be. three stars.
