Audience Member the actors never worked again, the writer only has production credits since this film. these are all good things. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member A half day relationship, 11 phases Flirtation, Awkwardness, Denial, Romance, Courtship, Jealousy, Trust, Commitment, Routine, Crossroads, Acceptance Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member indie movie with great chemistry of a chance meeting leading to a heartwarming, stirring and abruptly aborted romance. interestingly, manny substitutes 'love' with the expression 'elephant shoes', learning from previous failures. alexis' tendencies are foreshadowed with her baggage, broken family and penchant for hedonism. they explore humour, deeply personal revelations and expose honesty in their 12 hours together. when her fickle heart drops the ball: 'you're not the one' and runs away, avoiding confrontation, the audience is shocked. we all empathize hope with manny with the take home message that it's best to not always listen to one's heart and always wear 'elephant shoes' with the outlook that the best is yet to come! Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review Audience Member A full boy meets girl, boy loses girl in 12 short hours. I love the singing of the couple, especially when they delve into the depths of 80s-cheese! It's on MPIX On Demand, that's where I saw it. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member I was intrigued by the premise, but ultimately, I did not find the two (only) characters particularly interesting, or that likable. there are moments that works well, but there are also at least equal number of moments that did not. Unfortunately, the big moments are the one that didn't work for me, especially the final segment, seems a bit forced. It is compared to the great Before Sunrise (by someone on the dvd box), but that's a bit of a stretch. Regrettably, i cannot quite recommend this. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Saw this at the SFFF in 2005, I believe. Very cute, but also felt a little too personal. Perhaps because our main characters actually are (or were) a couple. Adorable, though. In a sick and wam-bang! kind of way... Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Read all reviews
