Roger Ebert Chicago Sun-Times The film's weakness, however, is to graft this factual information about a bureaucratic nightmare onto an ending that could have belonged to any number of thrillers. Audience Member Donald Sutherland is a joy to watch: He's so damn good a playing likeable. I especially liked that he didn't try to fake a Polish accent. The story is well told, not dumbed down, and I was always wondering what he was going to do next. I never did figure out why it was called Eminent Domain.
