Adella R @RT09796743 Oct 26 I laughed so much watching this movie. But I don't think they intended that. The acting is soooooo bad. The special effects match the acting. But I still watched it. This was like picking a fruit that was half sweet and half sour. But what can you expect from a cheap apocalyptic title like this? A brilliant scientist predicts a brand-new catastrophe, a solar flare threatens the world not only with simple electrical disturbances but a geomagnetic storm that can cause earthquakes, and volcanoes as well. Nobody of importance believes her except her family - a handsome husband, and two beautiful teenage kids. But a crisis occurs and with the scientist and her family in danger, she works against time to save lives and those of her own family. From the directing, the acting, as well as the story in this movie, was terrible but every so often there were decent moments, especially on the part of Jacqueline Scislowski, Joseph Michael Harris, and Jhey Castles. But it's not consistent and that's what hurts. Still, it's better than most B-movies I've seen. See more Read all reviews
