Amanda Foster (Traci Lords) is a San Francisco detective whose career has overwhelmed whatever personal life she once had. When she's assigned to accompany a witness, Nick Constantine (Gary Daniels), to Los Angeles, Foster sees this as a chance to reconnect with her estranged daughter, Robyn (Katie Stuart). Instead, it turns into a battle for her life, as her plans are wrecked by a group of Russian mobsters, crooked cops and a catastrophic earthquake.

kevin c Tracy Lords plays an FBI agent transporting a fugitive across town when an earthquake ravages the city, while avoiding being killed by the criminals after her and her fugitive. This is pretty basic a story that's been done to death except this time with the backdrop of an earthquake. Effects are shoddy but I've seen much worse. It's certainly watchable if you're stuck for entertainment. Is it any good? Lets find out. The film actually starts off as some kind of spy thriller with Gary Daniels stealing some files and microchip off some big company in order to sell it to some bald Russian mobster. But this undercover FBI agent (played by consistently rubbish Traci Lords) manages to arrest him. So far so thriller but then Jeff Fahey shows up and there's an earthquake that NEVER ends! Could this film be getting awesome?
