David W Above average 1970's bawdy British sex comedy in the same vein as the Robin Askwith 'Confessions of' series and starring a bevvy of British character actors. Actually quite entertaining if you approach it in the right frame of mind. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/05/24 Full Review Audience Member also feature a brilliant performance by the late roy kinnear as BENNY U MURDOCH or B.U.M. for short, and christopher timothy.put simply, this is as good as the confession films.worth getting off play.com or blahdvd etc....a worthy dvd to anyone with a sense of humour Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member One of the better made films to come out of the 1970's British sex comedy genre. A satirical behind the scenes look at low budget movie making. In order to finance the making of a movie about the ribald poem, 'Eskimo Nell' the movie makers are forced to get funding from 4 different sources. But the four investors all want a different version of 'Eskimo Nell' filmed. The various versions are - family feature, kung-fu musical, gay western and hardcore porno! A mix up with the final versions results in all kinds of hilarity and hi-jinx! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member A delightful and, at times, satirical romp based upon the good, bad and ugly of the adult entertainment industry.
