Jeannette Catsoulis New York Times Ever Since the World Ended is a faux documentary with a twist, a rudimentary yet fascinating record of remembrance and reconstruction. Rated: 4/5 Jan 9, 2007 Full Review Ed Gonzalez Village Voice The performances in the film are so remarkable it's easy to ignore the implausibilities that surface. But even as its self-aware approximation of the doc format startles, Ever Since the World Ended lacks vigor. Jan 9, 2007 Full Review Nick Schager Slant Magazine A science-fiction tale shares a deep fascination with the logistical and psychological dilemmas arising from society's breakdown. Rated: 3/4 Jan 8, 2007 Full Review David Cornelius eFilmCritic.com As gorgeous visually as it is powerful emotionally. Rated: 4/5 Jul 24, 2007 Full Review Maitland McDonagh TV Guide The mockumentary conceit gives a vivid immediacy to the material, and the PAL digital video cinematography is often surprisingly lyrical. Rated: 3/4 Jan 10, 2007 Full Review Ross Anthony Hollywood Report Card Wow! The acting is fantastic. I was mesmerized by these performances. Strong direction as well. However, I don't think they add up well in the format of feature length film. Rated: 2/4 Nov 28, 2006 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member poor quality and the water dripping over the lens who the fuck thought that was cool?!?!?! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Some of the worst actors ever in a movie and the stupidest most pointless awfulest documentary type movie I have ever seen, whose idea was it to make this total piece of garbage, its all made up what is the point, and its boring Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Audience Member Very "Blair witchy". Great idea but seemed aimless. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Although the acting is top notch and the idea of this type of film is intriguing, this movie is extremely ugly and hard to watch for its duration, however small. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member A lot of interesting concepts and a neat idea but horribly slow and lacking any sort of action. They also do a bad job of making things seem desolate. They show an empty street and some barren landscape but I didn't really feel like I was alone. The ambience was just seriously lacking which made it hard to get into the movie or believe, relate, have any feelings for the characters. The entire movie is just dialogue and panoramic shots. Which makes sense since its supposed to be a documentary but it was still boring and not very believable. Also, kind of counter productive to the point of the movie. Considering they're trying to survive, which apparently they've transcended that once again, they decide to make a movie? I don't know. Lay down on your floor face pointed downward, with your eyes open for 90 minutes and you'll feel as accomplished as if you had watched this movie. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member Horrible movie, couldnt watch it all. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
