eVil Sublet is a great take on the housing crisis around the world and particularly in NYC as well as all those haunted house movies that make viewers scream at the screen and get annoyed as to why the folks being haunted and hunted don’t just leave.

As both a fan of horror comedies and a native New Yorker this hit all the right notes for me. The accuracy of the NY-themed struggles and humor is dead on (I LOL’ed at a Staten Island joke). It’s a good ghost story, good comedy and is shot and edited in a way to maximize both horror and comedy elements. All the actors do a great job while tongues are firmly planted in cheek throughout. It’s streaming free on Tubi. Highly recommend!

Loved Evil Sublet! You can watch it over and over and still find something you missed the previous times. Sure to be a cult classic. And who wouldn’t miss seeing Allan with his Transylvania accent. Lol .. And great seeing Sally Struthers ♥️ Can’t wait to watch it again

I LOVE Horomedy and this movie was EXACTLY that!! Add on the fact that @AllanPiper said their apt was haunted. The picture frame moving and sink running was real footage and not stage tricks so that appealed to the horror lover in me. If for nothing else, watch to see the most AMAZING home decor ever. I’m a little closer to Vintage Shabby but there’s a place for everybody. 😏
