Bill King Atlanta Journal-Constitution The interplay between Teek and crusty old Noa the hermit provides some of the film's best moments. Apr 26, 2025 Full Review Bettelou Peterson Detroit Free Press This is fantasy, where some suspension of belief is needed, but there ought to be believable dialogue, a little logic in the plot and decent acting. Apr 26, 2025 Full Review John Carman Atlanta Journal-Constitution The magic is strangely missing this time. Apr 26, 2025 Full Review Walt Belcher Tampa Tribune This film alternates between being too violent and too boring. And when it isn't violent, it tries to be sugary sweet. Apr 26, 2025 Full Review Jeff Borden Charlotte Observer The Ewoks proved themselves great warriors last season, but they really outdo themselves in "Ewoks: The Battle for Endor." Apr 26, 2025 Full Review Michael Dougan San Francisco Examiner It is a simplistic, well-crafted adventure story. Apr 26, 2025 Full Review Read all reviews

August C It's a good movie Works both as a background movie and if you want to enjoy the movie full center Rated 3 out of 5 stars 04/09/25 Full Review Erik A Ethereal sci-fi fantasy environment with epic finale battle. Worthy of the name Star Wars. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 12/23/24 Full Review Ash P This is kinda like how Caravan of Courage is like but a little more improved as seeing this first time goes. I do like how it's balanced with the dark moments and the heartfelt moments as the story progresses. However, it does feel like it a little messy start between the family being killed, a sorceress and even a parrot dragon from out of nowhere just to make this movie as dark and most 80's kids movies were like around the time even growing up with some of them. The villains are a tad silly even by design, but I digress. Again, this is a harmless movie for little kids and even for Star Wars fans if they just like to kill time. This is certainly another movie that I wouldn't mind watching again and again every year as Star Wars Month comes and goes. 6/10. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 05/11/24 Full Review Gerard S Better compared to other non-cannon Star Wars films, but yeah it's still bad. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 09/26/24 Full Review Chris M It's sad they did an "Alien 3" and killed off a good chunk of the family seemingly for no reason. Plus these are primitive aliens that know how to use blasters? Which seem to contradict each other. But overall, it's a sad but epic end of the Ewoks saga. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 09/15/22 Full Review Audience Member Okay, just because Cindel and Wicket were the best parts of the first movie doesn't mean you have to kill off her entire family in the opening scene!
