Joel Fisher Battle Royale With Cheese Exceptional Beings feels like an idea that perhaps needed some more work to figure out what was needed and what wasn’t. May 19, 2023 Full Review Josh Bell Crooked Marquee This sci-fi fiasco is startlingly incoherent, a jumble of pseudo-philosophical nonsense, horrendous special effects, and incomprehensible plotting. Danielle v Saw a good rotten tomatoes score for this film on YouTube movies and rented it. What a mistake. This is a low budget movie that looks like a student film. Cheap actors and poorly scripted dialogue. Don't spend your money on it. You'll regret it. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 08/15/23 Full Review Alex N This is a dialogue heavy movie with a strong philosophical storyline. It was an awesome wave to watch Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/03/23 Full Review Lionel M A beautiful wave of storytelling. An absolute must see movie that touches strongly on dramatic philosophy. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Greg J Exceptional Beings is a beautiful and intriguing movie. I really loved the originality of the film and their unique perspective between Greek mythology, Christianity and the nature of human beings. If you are looking for a movie that challenges your thinking…this is a must see. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Bruno G I absolutely loved this movie. If dialogue, and originality of a film is your thing, then this movie is for you. It felt like a collection of short movies, with the desperate search of the protagonists looking for answers, that end up connecting the whole movie together. I especially loved the Methuselah and Athena scene, just the two characters together gives you a breadth of the type of movie it is, religion and mythology clashing to be one. I loved the flow of dialogue. This is an absolute must see for me. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Benedict N Exceptional Beings is a beautiful romance around storytelling. That said, this is not a romantic movie, far from it, it's a drama which questions everything. I almost felt like I was on stage watching these actors deliver. The actors who played Athena and Hermes were so captivating, drawing your attention to the central theme of the story, "Can you call yourself a God, if you know nothing about who you are?" An extremely brilliant movie. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Read all reviews
