This movie if even can be called that high establishment of art. Try to grasp emotions and laughs from the audience but between the poor acting and script it falls short. Though the concept may seen intriguing it does not deliver them well. Additionally though it take place in the Christmas season it has little to do with the plot. What I will give it credit too is that the visuals are beautiful and the title was clever but overall it would be a skip in my book but may be nice for people who like the sloppy rom com vibe.

As far as generic Christmas movies go, this one...is not great. It's a shame, because the actors are actually pretty good, and the main couple has some real chemistry. But the overall plot is kind of depressing and insulting. To give a brief synopsis without many spoilers, the main character heads home for Christmas and finds that his family is spending it with (and preferring) his ex fiancee. The one who left him. And apparently his whole family hates him because, drum roll, he works too hard. Seriously, that's the whole thing. And the movie doesn't let up on trying to portray him as a bag guy because he worked really hard and tried to provide for his fiancee. If that sounds incredibly stupid, that's because it is. The whole moral of the story is "you shouldn't work hard to provide for your family, you should just follow your dreams and everything will magically work out". Ugh.
